How do I submit my engraving details?
When placing your order, you’ll be able to enter your custom text or upload a design in the personalization section. For more complex requests, you can email us at hello@heirloomroseco.com after checkout with your order number.
What is your turnaround time?
Most custom engraved orders ship within 5–7 business days. Rush options may be available—please contact us before ordering if you’re on a tight timeline.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely. We love working with businesses and events to create meaningful branded or personalized gifts. Email us with your project details and quantity for a custom quote.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We can usually accommodate changes within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that, production may have begun and changes might not be possible. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to update your order.
What’s your return policy on custom items?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom engraved items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
How should I care for my engraved item?
Care instructions vary by material, but we include care tips with each order. For wood items, we recommend gentle hand-washing and occasional oiling. For engraved metal or glass, a soft cloth and mild cleaner usually do the trick.
